From general maintenance to in-depth diagnostics on your Volvo car, you can rely upon our team of expert Technicians. Based in the Wimbledon/Merton area – London, we welcome clients from London/Surrey areas and beyond.

We are a friendly family business, devoid of dealership constrains, with a commendable reputation across the region. Our expertise in Volvo cars is second to none with a proven track record of over 35 years.

Dean has spent over three decades in the motor trade, focusing on Volvos cars since 1973.

He rose to the position of General Services Manager for a Volvo dealership before setting up his own business, DMW, in 1984.

His qualifications include a City and Guilds Full Technological Certificate and several manufacturers' in-house courses as well as extensive management training. He is also an authorised MOT examiner and a Member of the Institute of the Motor Industry (M.I.M.I).

Dean is well aware of the need to constantly refresh and update his knowledge base in a business which is undergoing rapid technological change. To that end, he has learnt about engine management diagnostics and introduced this technology into DMW with great success.

Since becoming a Volvo Car Independent Repairer in April 2004, Dean has attended a number of Volvo courses at Volvo's Daventry Training & Development Centre to familiarise himself with the latest in Volvo electronic applications on Volvo cars.

BECAUSE, we don't believe in HIDDEN charges. We'd rather pass these saving to you – our customers! We are up to 40% cheaper than Main Dealers is the key to our trading success over 35 years.

We uphold the old fashioned values and place our customer care above all else. When you call us you speak to a person not a menu driven voice or listen to irritating advert about our services and products on offer. Once your car is being worked on, we give you regular updates and report any extra work found with it's additional costs implications to keep abreast of the progress. On completion we would call you to advise of collection time.

We don't believe in exaggerating the condition of your car to force you into panic buying unless of course the repairs are unavoidable and potentially affecting the safety and reliability of your vehicle before your next service. If on the other hand, you wish to spread the cost and want to visit us between service we can accommodate that too provided the repairs can be delayed without compromising the safety and reliability of your Volvo car.

Simply put we place a high price on our reputation and value for money, service, and rely on repeat business. We are small but efficient. We care about our investment – that is you the customer. We are cheaper than Main Dealers because we trim our costs to remain competitive while we are conscious of escalating cost of car maintenance particularly in today's economic climate.
